1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all contracts for the rental of power banks between Take2Charge and the user.

2. Subject Matter

Take2Charge rents power banks for mobile charging of electronic devices. The rental is carried out via our stations or app.

3. Conclusion of Contract

The rental contract is concluded by taking a power bank from a station or via the app. By taking the power bank, the user accepts these T&C.

4. Rental Period and Fees

The rental period begins with the removal of the power bank and ends with the return. The fees are based on the actual usage time and are visible in the app.

5. Return

The power bank can be returned at any Take2Charge station. It does not have to be the same station where the power bank was taken.

6. Liability

Take2Charge is not liable for damages caused by improper use of the power bank. In case of loss or damage to the power bank, the user is liable for the damage.

7. Final Provisions

Austrian law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Lienz, Austria. If individual provisions of these T&C are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
